SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Each product from Gordon Gartrelle is made upon ordering. We do not warehouse our garments & products. It usually takes 2–7 business days to create a product and fulfill an order. After an order is fulfilled, the average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the delivery destination.
BACK ORDER
If an item is out of stock or back ordered, it may be shipped separately from the rest of your order. You also have the option of cancelling that part of the order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
RATES
The final shipping costs may change based on the products and their quantities in the order. See the final shipping costs in the order checkout.
TRACKING
We primarily ship our orders with USPS. If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY GORDON GARTRELLE. ALL ACCEPTED RETURNS RECEIVE STORE CREDIT. WE DO NOT OFFER CASH REFUNDS.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. If there is a manufacturer defect, you must contact us within 30 days.
1. Please email customerservice@gordongartrelle.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned. These items include face masks, neck gaiters, flip flops, swimsuits and underwear.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your store credit. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges
If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
